Delays and location problems

As certain team members volunteered their home as a location to film our media course work we ran into delays as the person was unable to be available for 2+ weeks which led to beginning of planning of a backup plan in case the person did not come through. This decision will cause delays to occur as we may need to redo the story board to adapt to different scenarios however, not doing anything would cause too many delays that with the approaching deadline would make it impossible to be able to be able to shoot, edit, get feedback, reshoot and re-edit with the limited amount of time as by the end of Feb it is a must we finish the filming aspect of the project and cannot have too many more delays.
